Are the units fully furnished?

Yes. Bed, couch, dining table, TV, and a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Bring your clothes and personal items. That's it.

Do long-term residents get the same amenities?

Yes. Pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, mini golf, basketball court, outdoor patio. All included in your rent, no extra fees.

Is this a hotel or an apartment?

It's an apartment. You sign a lease, pay monthly rent, and it's your legal address. The difference between this and a regular apartment is the pool, hot tub, and fitness center downstairs.

Are there vacation guests on the property?

Yes. Round House also runs short-term vacation rentals. You share the pool, gym, and common areas with guests. It gets busier during holidays and summer weekends. The rest of the time, pretty quiet.

How does the application work?

Is there on-site parking?

Yes. Free parking for all residents. The lot is maintained and plowed in winter.
