Frequently Asked

Are the units furnished?

Some are, some aren't. Furnished units come with beds, couch, dining table, TV, and a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Unfurnished units still include the full kitchen. Ask when you apply.

Do long-term residents get the same amenities?

Yes. Pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, cornhole, basketball court, outdoor patio. All included in your rent, no extra fees.

Is this a hotel or an apartment?

It's an apartment. You sign a lease, pay monthly rent, and it's your legal address. The difference between this and a regular apartment is the pool, hot tub, and fitness center downstairs.

Are there vacation guests on the property?

Yes. Roundhouse also runs short-term vacation rentals. You share the pool, gym, and common areas with guests. It gets busier during holidays and summer weekends. The rest of the time, pretty quiet.

How does the application work?

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by unit type. Call (928) 369-4848 to check availability and ask about deposits.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes. Free parking for all residents. The lot is maintained and plowed in winter.

On-site staff handles maintenance during business hours. Submit requests through the RENTCafe portal or call the front office directly.
