SMS and Text Messaging
Roundhouse Resort & Spa operates a mixed-use SMS program that delivers transactional messages (tour confirmations, waitlist notifications, lease application updates, maintenance and service updates), occasional promotional messages (new unit availability, seasonal promotions, resident events), and internal operational alerts to staff (missed-call alerts and resident-reported issues).
Consent and Opt-In
To receive resident-facing SMS messages, you must affirmatively check an SMS opt-in box on one of our website forms (Join the Waitlist or Schedule a Tour). The box is unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of any purchase, reservation, tour, or service. You may also opt in by texting our published number directly. Staff members opt in to receive internal operational notifications through a signed acknowledgment as part of employment onboarding.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the type of notification you have opted in to receive. Typical frequency is 1 to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider may apply to messages sent or received.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, except as required to respond to transactional requests you initiate.
